I do hereby release and hold harmless the City of Thunder Bay and North End Flames Soccer Club, including all employees and volunteers working and/or volunteering on behalf of the City of Thunder Bay and the North End Flames Soccer Club from liability for injury and/or illness that may occur as a result of my involvement and/or the participation of any minor whom I am parent or guardian. Please note that photographs and footage will be taken throughout North End Soccer. These will be used by North End for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and on social media
